About me

I am a native Clevelander and deeply familiar with the range of neighborhoods throughout the city and suburbs, and the dynamics of real estate in the Cleveland market. I have an MS in urban planning and am a certified urban planner (AICP), so I understand the issues that communities and residents may face to include zoning variances, economic policies, tax abatements, master planning, privacy, eminent domain, amongst others. I love real estate and helping and advising others. I bring a global perspective to my work having advised clients in Africa, Asia, Europe, and across the US. For fun, I play piano, write music, and try to keep up with running a few times a week.

Additionally, I am ‘smart cities’ expert and a nationally-recognized leader on smart city issues and the use of data and technology to improve cities, and the related issues such as on privacy and social and market impacts. As part of this insight, I can speak to the “smart home” to include smart utility metering, alternative energy sources (e.g., solar panels), connected home (e.g., turn appliances on or off remotely), secure homes, EV charging requirements, amongst other smart home innovations and technologies. Combining my smart home/smart city experience, urban planning background, extensive knowledge and insight on Cleveland—East, West, and the City—and broad client experience stretching from Africa to the Middle East to Asia to Europe to clients across America, I can provide unparalleled real estate services, whether for buyers, sellers, or developers, as well as strictly advisory or consultancy services for individuals, developers, cities, governments, and other parties.

Whether you already live in Cuyahoga County and are looking to buy a new home, sell your current home, looking for an investment property, or looking to relocate to Cleveland, I can help with superior insight and refined skills.

Also, I speak Portuguese. Falo portugues!
